1What is your job?: I conduct meetings with customers and the company to prepare specifications, product drawings, and processing drawings, etc., and conduct basic design. In addition to the above, I arrange materials and parts, and prepare inspection documents.

2What was the most difficult thing about joining TKK?: It was difficult for me to get used to it because I was not good at it at the beginning.

3What is the most rewarding part?: I get a sense of accomplishment when I complete a product because I am involved in all aspects of the parts I am in charge of.

4What kind of company is TKK?: It is a company where you can easily express your opinions without feeling hierarchical.

1What is your job?: Based on product 3D data sent from customers and specifications created in-house, I design and cut wooden molds to be made into dies, including die design. I also design modifications to 3D data, wooden molds, and dies that we have created in the past.

2What were some of the difficulties in joining TKK?: It was difficult for me to acquire the knowledge and skills to be able to do the whole job by myself, because it was the first time for me to handle 3D data and know about wood molds and dies after joining this company.

3What is challenging?: There are a variety of molds and structures, so I can devise each one and think about how to make better molds.

4What kind of company is TKK?: There are a lot of things to learn and things I don't understand, so it's hard work, but my seniors teach me and give me advice carefully each time.

1What is your job?: I am engaged in machining, manual work and assembly of aluminum molds for foam molding, aluminum molds for vacuum molding, etc.

2What were the difficulties in joining TKK?: There were times when I was at a loss before I understood the production procedures and basic machining operations for manufacturing molds as a group. However, the senior workers around me carefully taught me the meaning of each operation one by one, so I was entrusted with group work little by little, and I have been able to grow through practice.

3What do you find rewarding?: I found it rewarding when I was able to finish each task as well as the seniors, or when I was able to contribute to the work group by gradually speeding up the work time. I am also happy to be able to use what I learn on the job in my daily life because I have access to a variety of machines and tools.

4What kind of company is TKK?: We have monthly workshops where everyone in the entire manufacturing department, including the mold and die section, discusses how to improve work efficiency, quality control, and inter-departmental cooperation. By participating in the workshops, I can learn a lot of knowledge and the attitude of the entire company to create good products through trial and error.
